Im on Android, i keep getting stuck in option screens and cant figure out how to go back once ive clicked an option. For example if I go into the menu in game and go into the inventory I can't figure out how to get back into the map to walk around. It extends into other things like when I'm serving the bar, and open up the small talk, if there's still a cool down I can't figure out how to leave it and go to serve a drink.

I plan on updating the UI in the long term. Cash is shown in the player inventory and credits are shown on the upgrade screen. Basically credits are electronic money IO will only allow for business expenses and cash is physical money Catherine can use to buy things on her own.

I was pointing out the icons. If you use the wrong icon itch markets your game as a Linux game. Due to the icon not being the Apple, it does not market it for Mac.
I do not know if there was a Linux version before. I am using a program called 'usebottles' with no problems. <right now> I just tried it with normal 'wine' which did not work. It might work with Proton. (^_^) I am lazy to set it up right now.

Wallets only sell for cash which is used at the shops. Credits are from tending bar and pay for rent and upgrades. If you get stuck go to the chicken to the right of the bar table in the wall. It has cheats to help you when you fall behind. The cheats are just there during development while I work out balance.
I really like this game! Also respect the ethos the of making it because you want it to exist. I enjoy the willing corruption aspect of the story and wish there were more games with a similar aspect

I'm running Catalina, and this is how I got it to run: 1. Don't use MacOS Finder's built-in archive utility, unpack the .zip file with a dedicated zip utility like The Unarchiver. 2. Control-click (or right-click) the application and select Open from the menu. It will probably give you a window that says it can't run the program because it isn't authenticated. 3. Do exactly that same thing again, and this time that window will have an option to open it anyway.
Edit: I did not need to do any sort of command line stuff as another reply suggests below. But MacOS is weird like that.

Bottle scene is the last post bar scene. An event should trigger on the way to the upstairs bed after you get the 4th training scene in the chair. That will allow you to have the option to work a shift topless.

I did a second try getting upgrades 1 by 1 without rushing them, watching all scenes and dialogs before buying next so is not an issue with cheats

I want to like this, but the MINUTE I hit "Tend Bar" I lose half my shift time to someone feeling "neglected" and I don't get why. The games mechanics are either poorly explained (the entirety of the bar tending) or over explained (the entirety of the brewing) and makes for a wildly unappealing experience.
Loving the game. The brewing mechanic could be interesting however the description from IO is a bit wordy and with no way to review instructions it's easy to get lost. The game would really benefit from an old school manual. Maybe a simple txt file for now but a PDF with artwork in the final build?
This was my initial stab at the brewing mechanic. If people rioted over it I was just going to delete it, but since it's working pretty good I'm now going to start adding in more feedback to the system so people have an idea of how to get closer to the right combination in the future.
I added a resource that the drink filling skill uses up. You'll now have to brew drinks and manage the brewing system. However, I also added a function to the cheat chicken that gives you drinks so you can fill up on drinks on an existing save while you get the new brewing system rolling.
After downloading the mac version and doing the 'chmod +x Game.app/Contents/MacOS/nwjs' that I typically need to do to get games to start, I just get a message that "nwjs has quit unexpectedly" and nothing happens. How do I fix this?

There will be more than one ending, but Catherine's inner desires will not be so varied to allow the player to change who she is. Also from a narrative perspective it would be hard to introduce optional hidden desires without them coming out of left field.
Make sure you're using a new save. Catherine gets aroused when she sees the chuds getting aroused. So flirt a lot. It takes about 3 days currently to build up arousal. Currently the mechanic was more of a test. I'll make it easier to build arousal in the future as well as provide more options to use high arousal.

I'm having issues saving the game on Mac, each time I click on an empty save file I get the little error noise. Is the save function integrated yet?
Try moving your game from the Downloads folder to Applications. It might be the game is trying to write to a folder that doesn't allow writing.

that can happen because of 2 things, someone ordered a drink couple turns ago or because you didn't use social skills first such as talk

Not seen that one before, but in my experience doing these commands (on the whole Game.app) seem to fix most things:
sudo xattr -r -d com.apple.quarantine /path/to/Game.app
sudo chmod -R 777 /path/to/Game.app
and doing right-click "Open" twice (rather than doubleclicking on the icon)
